Christine Keefer Fulwood is an award-winning Figure competitor, Personal Trainer and avid cyclist.  She is currently involved in the NGA/OCB as a head judge and participates in various cycling rides throughout Florida. Christine is trained in all aspects of personal training which encompasses individualized training programs, boot camps and assisting her clients in reaching their full God given potential and empowering them with positive changes both in and out of the gym.  She also provides online training to clients all over the U.S.  On top of competing and training she is a wife and full-time mother of a beautiful daughter named Amanda.

 

Christine has been in the fitness industry for the past 17 years. Her background includes involvement in athletics throughout her youth, including sports in high school and intramural sports in college. While attending college she worked in the fitness center with both students and the elderly assisting them with weight training programs. She currently works with a variety of clients of all ages, both males and females who are from all walks of life.

 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is certified by the National Gym Association with a Master’s Personal Trainer Certification. She is also certified in First Aid and CPR.

 

She is extremely motivated individual and loves to help others in any way possible.  She hopes to share her passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle with her clients. She strives for excellence and wants to share this with her clients, helping and coaching them to reach their true God given potential.
